A huge thank you to everyone taking on these gruelling cycling challenges to raise money for ADHDadultUK. The effort, endurance, and passion you’re putting in is nothing short of incredible – you should be so proud of what you’re achieving.
Every pound you raise is helping us build something lasting: a free, evidence-based education course on ADHD that will be available to everyone. At ADHDadultUK, our mission is simple but vital – to cut through misinformation, provide accessible and accurate knowledge, and work with institutions to create real change.
Your fundraising isn’t just supporting a course – it’s fuelling a movement to ensure that people with ADHD, their families, and wider society have the tools and understanding they need.
Thank you for riding for a cause that matters. Together, you’re helping us change lives.

ADHDAF+ is a new charity establishing in-person Peer Support groups across Scotland, England, and Wales for ADHD adults of marginalised genders, at any stage of discovery or diagnosis. They've already launched eight groups (Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Ayr, Manchester, Birmingham, London, Oxford and Bristol) with more coming soon. Founded by ADHDAF Podcast Host Laura, the charity aims to provide life-changing peer support, validation, and education, especially crucial amidst ongoing ADHD medication shortages and a diagnosis crisis where 190,000 people face waiting lists up to 8 years. Connecting ADHD adults locally provides vital support and empowerment.

The money that you raised in your incredible bike ride from Buckingham Palace to Amsterdam Palace has all gone to extremely good use helping ADHD people behind bars in prisons who do not know if they have ADHD. It’s also gone to help addiction charities and homelessness charities screen their clients where ADHD is extremely prevalent and negatively impacting peoples’ lives.
We continue to do this work still using the funding Darren, Rosie and the team raised for us. We are working with hundreds of approved schools, approved premises, probations, police forces, youth offending teams, youth clubs - helping people recognise ADHD in themselves for the first time.
Please know your money has gone to helping so many ADHD people in the most difficult of circumstances and our whole team at ADHD LIBERTY are ever grateful to you all.
